Gli sci di mio figlio erano regolati male non riusciva a metterli , dopo essere ritornati alla genzianella ,con un discreto disagio visto che partivamo con gli sci direttamente dall hotel Sono stati cambiati e da quel momento è riuscito a metterli ( e’ la prima volta in 4 anni che scia che non riesce a inserire lo scarpone nello sci ) Comunque se torno a Cervinia rivado a Genzianella , nel 2024 era andato tutto bene .

Per il resto massima cortesia, professionalita' e ordine nel servizio del negozio. Controllate bene tutta l'attrezzatura prima di salire su.

Anna e Ali sono fantastici, sono molto disponibili e ben informati sull'attrezzatura da sci, ma anche molto divertenti con cui parlare. Ci siamo davvero divertiti a stare con loro ogni giorno. Nelle nostre ultime 10 visite a Cervinia abbiamo noleggiato attrezzatura da sci in altri luoghi consigliati dagli hotel, ma abbiamo sempre avuto esperienze negative/misti, soprattutto evitate Ski Hire Cervinia 2001, gente fredda senza calore, nessun interesse ad aiutarvi e totalmente inflessibile se c'è maltempo o un problema. Anna e Ali a Noleggio Cretz sono i migliori!!

The ski pair i had i think it missed a little more of sharpness on the side of the ski, the pair it slide very well on the slope. Overall the ski pair were ok as i didn't get any fall because of it. The boots were very fine as i don't like the one with to much incline and they had an easy release.

The service and quality were very good. However, due to my own mistake we had not included boots in the online order and when we were making price comparisons, this rental store was competitive. However, when the boots were added it made the order significantly more expensive than we had ever paid previously for similar gear. This was disappointing but our own fault.

Unassuming shop which belies the quality of service (excellent), equipment (top notch) & location (20 yards from the chair lift) . Highly recommend as one of the best rentals I've had in 25 years of skiing! FYI I had a minor hick-up when someone took my ski's during a pit stop at the Chalet Etoile on the piste - called Alessandro in the shop who was a star, spoke with the restaurant and arranged them to adjust the bindings to feet my boots - in the end my ski's were returned so not necessary, but appreciated the service going the extra mile. Will definitely go back to Cervinia and definitely go back to Noleggio Cretaz.
